Ongwediva Town Council has commenced with issuing municipal bills electronically and gradually phasing out the traditional method of printing and dispatching bills through mail.
All our current customers, property owners and any person receiving a municipal account from Ongwediva Town Council, are hereby invited to visit the office to verify and update their contact information during working hours from Monday to Friday. A dedicated information desk has been established at Ongwediva Town Council Head Office, primarily for residents to update and provide their e-mail and mobile telephone numbers.
In addition to the above, a team of Council Staff Members, with visible identification and distinct security features, will be visiting individual properties from the 01st March 2022 to the 31st May 2022 collecting relevant information. Further details regarding the team that will be visiting individual property owners, shall be released in due course. Extra caution should be taken by individual property owners not to fall prey to people pretending to collect personal contact details on behalf of Ongwediva Town Council.
All registered account holders should expect to receive electronic bills via SMS’s or e-mails by 01st July 2022. You are therefore invited to come and update your contact in order to receive your monthly municipal accounts timely, at the tip of your fingers and in your own comfort zone.
