Sales of Immovable Properties

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 63(2)(b) of the Local Authorities Act, Act No. 23 of 1992 (as amended) together with Section 30(1)(t) that; the Town Council of Ongwediva intends to sell unserviced immovable properties by way of private transaction to the listed company which shall provide basic services at the price indicated in the table.

SALES OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES 2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 63(2)(b) of the Local Authorities Act, Act No. 23 of 1992 (as amended) together with Section 30(1)(t) that; the Town Council of Ongwediva intends to sell/donate/lease immovable properties by way of private transaction to the listed persons/companies at the price indicated below.

All written and duly motivated objections on the proposed transaction are to be addressed or delivered to the Office of the Chief Executive, Private Bag 5549, and Ongwediva; not later than 04th April 2025 at 17H00.
