Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 63(2) (b) of the Local Authorities Act, Act No. 23 of 1992 (as amended) together with Section 30(1) (t) that; the Town Council of Ongwediva intends
to dispose off immovable properties by way of private transaction to Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia at the price indicated below.

All written and duly motivated objections on the proposed transaction are to be addressed or delivered to the Office of the Chief Executive, Private Bag 5549, and Ongwediva; not later than
7th August 2026 at 17H00.
